In a rather surprising turn of events, the first screenshots of a Revolution title were released today, thanks to Game Informer magazine. The title in question is Red Steel, created by Ubisoft. Head inside for the visual delights.
Well after much speculating, debating and arguing it seems like we finally have an answer on just how well the Revolution can churn out those polygons, thanks to the latest issue of Game Informer. In the May issue Ubisoft have shown off their upcoming title, Red Steel, which will be a first person shooter launch title for the Revolution when it launches later this year.
The screens, and accompanying text, shows that in the game the angle of the fun will depend on the angle you hold the Revolution controller, which is certainly a nice extra touch of realism. With any luck some official screenshots will hit the internet soon, but for now the screenshots can be found by heading over to Endangered Gamer.
And if you want to know what to look for in the newsagents in a few weeks or coming through your mail box if your a subscriber click over to Game Informer.
A shout out should go to R-E forum member "guarana" who as a subscriber to Gamer Informer got his copy of the latest issue early and brought this to light on our forums. However due to the lack of a scanner he himself was unable to scan the magazine. Needless to say he was thought to be a fake until scans finally appeared at Endangered Gamer a few hours later.
