More mini games heading to the Wii from Majesco
Majesco Entertainment Company today announced Furu Furu park a collection of quirky madcap stylised mini games, developed by Taito and 505 Games. The game will require the user to take to the floor using all manner of unique wiimote gestures, rolling, spinning, shaking it and many more.
The press release goes on to describe a few of the games you can expect to find
Arkanoid: an arcade classic pitting paddle and ball against a wall of blocks; Pinch Hitter: step up to the plate and take a few swings with the Wii Remote; Bubble Bobble: hold the Wii Remote like an NES controller to burst all of the bubbles in this retro arcade puzzler; Safe Cracker: Memorize the combination then enter the code by tilting your Wii Remote left and right to crack the safe; Sonic Blastman 20XX: Clutch your Wii Remote and punch at the screen to destroy asteroids heading for earth; Super Karate: Execute offensive and defensive maneuvers with your Wii Remote to defeat your opponent.
The presence of Taito as joint developer seems to have influenced some of games such as Bubble Bobble and Arkanoid. So if some casual mini game fun with a generous helping of retro love is your cup of tea, keep an eye out when this game launches later this year.
