Gamerankings.com sees Ocarina of Time shifted off the top spot of its chart.

What's better than a review score? Lots and lots of review scores is what. Gamerankings's chart of the top ten highest rated games ever has seen a meteoric rise for Mario, as his latest adventure has soared up to the very top of the chart.

At the time of writing, Galaxy is beating previous top-dog Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time with an aggregate score of 97.7 percent to Ocarina's 97.6 percent. The full list can be found here.

More reviews are likely to be completed on the title soon (including N-Europe's own), so Mario's top position has the possibility of becoming even more solid.
