Nintendo have signed an agreement with ACCESS, a team of Internet software developers, which will create tools to enable developers to create online titles for GameCube. The advanced technology is expected to be utilised in Phantasy Star Online III: Card Evolution and Pawafuru Puroyakyu 10, a Japanese title from Konami, and more titles are set to follow suit at a later date. However, at the time of writing, Sega have not revealed whether PS0 III, for which beta testing will start soon, will take advantage of the technology.
