News: Golden Joystick Nominees Announced

Nintendo games nominated in nine categories - who will you vote for?

The nominees have been announced and voting has begun for the Golden Joystick Awards 2011. Nintendo games are well represented throughout, with first-party titles ranging from Donkey Kong to Zelda showing up. Nintendo exclusive games are also spread thickly throughout the various categories, with names such as Dragon Quest VI, Ghost Trick, and Bit.Trip.Fate showing up to name but a few. You can see the full list of Nintendo and Nintendo-exclusive games that have been nominated below.

The awards ceremony takes place on 21 October, with voting continuing soon up until then. Every person who votes will get entered into a prize draw for consoles (including a PlayStation Vita), peripherals and some of the nominated games.
