David Gosen, managing director of Nintendo of Europe, has a lot to say about the video game industry and Microsoft. Come insight for the ranting!

During the recent ELSPA Games Summit in London David Gosen spoke about how the industry is too focused on the next generation and about how Microsoft care too much about hardware.

"Grand Theft Auto, ultimately, is a dead end street," Gosen continued with his point, "I don't relish the role of defending our business from charges of gratuitous violence."

What's odd however is Nintendo's recent discussion of their next console contradicts with what Gosen is saying.
