Fans of the lovable curmudgeon known as House will be glad to hear their favourite doctor will be arriving on the DS soon.

The popular American television programme House M.D. stars the British born Hugh Laurie as House, a skilled doctor with a poor bedside manner. Electonic Theatre are reporting that Mindscape are releasing a DS title based on the series. House M.D for the DS will challenge gamers in five medical mystery solving challenges.

The title will feature over 100 mini-games that challenge young doctors including interviewing patients, performing life-saving procedures and issuing the correct course of medication. Fans of the series will be happy to hear that they will work alongside the characters from the show such as Dr Gregory House, Lisa Cuddy and Remy 'Thirteen' Hadley.

House M.D. will be released on the DS across Europe on December 10th with a low recommended retail price of �19.99.
