Those in Europe signed up to the Club Nintendo site should be aware of some important information...

Nintendo has sent out emails to European members of the Club Nintendo scheme with some important information. Due to changes to the service's privacy policy, users will have to log on and click 'Accept' on the Club Nintendo page in order to continue to use it (including the Stars Catalogue) after this month.

If you choose to decline the new terms and conditions or if you do not log on to provide your answer by May 31st 2011, your Club Nintendo account will be de-activated and you will no longer be able to use your Stars in the Stars Catalogue. Be sure to log on and update your account before the end of the month.

The new privacy policy has been brought in to accommodate the extended access to Club Nintendo that the 3DS will have.
