Everyone's favourite guy to hate has plans to stop Manhunt2 and GTA4 being released to the public.

A laughing stock? A man on a mission? Whichever one he is, games developers and publishers worldwide are constantly living in fear of Jack Thompson breathing down their backs....or so he'd like them to think.

According to GoNintendo, Jack Thompson once again has a gaming related agenda. This time, he plans to sue TakeTwo over their plans to bring two violent videogames out into the market.

Mr. Thompson is looking to "prevent the sale of two hyperviolent video games set to be released this year and sold to anyone under 17 years of age."

Of course, films with an 18 certificate should not be viewed by anyone under 18 years of age, as that is the law. So, naturally, the same should apply to videogames. Is Mr. Thompson really suing the wrong people here? Have your say below.
