Famous comedians get the Mii treatment, as part of a new marketing strategy.

Shuzo Matsuoka and Sanma Akashiya, two popular Japanese funnymen, have been part of a recent campaign to get people into Mii customisation in the country. As a culmination of this, Japanese Wii owners will be receiving Mii versions of them via the console's Connect24 system until the end of the month. Check out their Miis here.

Yet another inspired campaign from Nintendo Japan. A British equivalent seems unlikely, although the idea of a Bill Bailey Mii to play Wii Tennis with is nonetheless a wonderful one.
