News: Jurassic Park Game Cubed?

Last friday Nintendo of Europe (NOE) updated its release list. And according to the new list Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis, a 3D action-simulation, will now be released for the GameCube somewhere in 2004. NOE's website does not contain any other details than the (rough) date.
The game was released for the other major consoles and PC earlier this year, and in our opinion it seems like a rather strange decision to release the game for the GameCube so far behind the other versions. However, we can tell you that all the dates on the Nintendo site are official and thus should be correct. Cube-Europe will, of course, dig into the bottom of this, and see what the deal exactly is.
Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis allows you to fulfill Dr. John Hammond's dream by successfully designing and managing your very own Jurassic Park. You can create the most amazing dinosaur theme park the world has ever seen, OR battle your way through 12 intense missions that will truly test your skills against the awesome powers of nature and its most dominant creatures.
It might be a slightly late release compared to the release of the version on the competitor consoles. It would, however, make a nice addition to the GameCube game library.
We will keep you updated!
