News: Karous Confirmed For Wii

Karous and two other arcade shooters developed by Milestone have been announced for the Wii.
Karous is a vertical scrolling shooter which was released on the Sega NAIOMI arcade system and earlier this year on the Dreamcast as a swansong title. Developed by Milestone, this game never saw the light of day in the western world, nor did Milestone's other projects which were released in Japan on the GameCube, Radirgy (also known as Radio Allergy) and Chaos Field.
Milestone have announced that all three games will be released in a triple-pack for the Wii, which is fantastic news for any arcade shooter fans - who happen to live in Japan. O~3 Entertainment plan to release the pack in Japan on 27th March 2008, with not a word on a release date in the USA or Europe. Radio Allergy (Radirgy's western name) was initially planned for a North American release this year, and O~3 Entertainment were reportedly looking for a way to release the game on the Wii, so fingers crossed, eh?
Stay tuned to N-Europe for the latest on Karous, Radio Allergy and Chaos Field for the Wii.
