Some concept art from Factor 5's rumoured game in development, as well as a plot for the grown up Pit...

There has been several rumours floating around the internet ever since Pit got revealed for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, with the franchise possibly getting revived. Then earlier during the year there has been buzz that Factor 5 would be handling the next Kid Icarus.

Now however, our partner network Kombo have received several pieces of concept artwork including Pit and some weapons from Factor 5 themselves. It's to be noted that this isn't a confirmation that the game exists and is in development, this is work that Factor 5 has experimented with, and the game has not officially been green-lit by Nintendo. Sources have claimed that the artwork has advanced 'considerably' and is no longer reflective of the games current standing.

At the time Factor 5 was writing the document for the game, they imagined a grown up Pit who was "cursed for thousands of years for a crime and becomes a 'fallen angel'." and that Pit would bear a tattoo on his arm with his crime.
