News: Konami Planning 3 WiiWare Titles

In addition to Critter Round-Up, Konami have revealed their plans to bring an extra two brand new titles to the WiiWare service.

Konami were one of the first large developers to jump onto the bustling WiiWare-train at the Japanese launch of the service, and they've now confirmed that they'll be there from the very start at the US launch of WiiWare.

Saku Saku Animal Panic, a Zoo Tycoon-esque game, has been renamed to Critter Round-Up in America (this will likely be the case for Europe as well), and will be Konami's first WiiWare game released in the US. In a zoo filled with mayhem and chaos, only you, the almighty zoo keeper, can restore order by rounding up the rotten beasts and building pens to keep them all separate. The game will support four players across three exciting modes.

Konami also interestingly announced two more titles in their press release for Critter Round-Up: Crescendo and Fresco Beach. Crescendo was described as "a musical experience fused with quick, frantic action of classic arcade action", which sounds quite intruiging. Fresco Beach was also given a little summary, "a game where players create their own sandcastles and maintain their structure amidst the dangers of the beach".

Expect more information to be let fly on these games over the coming months.
