New Super Mario Bros. edges up to the one and a half million mark, as the DS Lite continues to stomp Godzilla-like over the competition...
Nintendo continues to dominate Japan's charts with the DS Lite continuing to sell very well, though hardware figures are down from last week. The original version of the DS seems to be pretty much forgotten about, with more GameBoy Micro's sold for the week in question. For the period of June 5th - 11th, here are the hardware and software figures:
DS Lite - 132,027 units
PSP - 21,656 units
PlayStation 2 - 18,891 units
GBA SP = 4,116 units
GB Micro - 1,654 units
Nintendo DS - 1,371 units
Xbox 360 - 1,100 units GameCube - 961 units
