Little King's Story's producer reveals a sequel is already on the drawing board...

Widely hailed as one of the top third party titles on Wii, Little King's Story released this year to rich critical acclaim and has already solidified itself an incredibly dedicated fanbase.

Today, it's time for that fanbase to rejoice, as Yoshiro Kimura - producer and director of the game - revealed that a sequel was already cooking up in the brew.

"We are planning to make a sequel to Little King's Story, like Super Little King's Story, but we're still in the process idea phase. Right now, we're trying to get funding and trying to find new partners meaning that Little King's Story wasn't developed by one development company, it was developed by different people."

Indeed, while Little King's Story was officially a joint-effort between Cing and Town Factory, the game actually had input from figures whose experiences stretch series as diverse as Harvest Moon, Dragon Quest, Kingdom Hearts and Moon: Remix RPG Adventure. While a 'Super Little King's Story' is clearly a long way off even if it does come to fruition, it's nice to know it's looking at least likely.

Little King's Story is on shelves now, and it gets the highest reccomendation from N-Europe!
