Deforestation becomes fun with the upcoming Lumberjacks title.

Hamburg-based publishers dtp entertainment announced today that Lumberjacks will be released on the Nintendo Wii in the second quarter of 2011. The title was released in America in 2009 under the title Go Play Lumberjacks but if there are any budding European lumberjacks out there they will be pleased to hear that the title is finally making its way to Europe.

Lumberjacks lets gamers compete in five different categories that include wood chopping, axe throwing, logrolling and more. You can play with up to four players and can use numerous tools, such as swords, axes and sabres. The title will also support the Wii Balance Board to sense any motion and a trailer can be viewed below.
