The "Wand Remote" and "Funchuck" attachment are on the horizon...

Madcatz are releasing the first third-party versions of Nintendo's Wii-mote and Nunchuck controllers, with the "Wand Remote" to be available for �24.99 from September 28th, and the "Funchuck" to be available sooner, on June 29th for just �9.99.

Each item is now listed on Amazon, and while there are no images of the unofficial attachments, its worthwhile to note that the retailer will be selling the "Wand Remote" for a discounted �19.99 - which, compared to the price of an official Remote, could sway consumers.

Of course, the quality of these cheaper versions has yet to be tested. We'll bring you more news as we get it, but in the meantime, the two Amazon product pages are here and here.
