Rockstar wait almost the full 6 weeks to lodge an appeal.

Rockstar have at last lodged an official appeal with the Video Appeals Committee over the Manhunt 2 ban by the BBFC. The VAC are the UK body that have the ability to overturn the BBFC's decision to refuse the title an age classification which has effectively banned the game in the UK.

A date will soon be set for the VAC hearing where both Rockstar and the BBFC will have their positions heard. N-Europe will keep you informed as soon as this date is announced and any further developments in the case.
