Nintendo has the perfect Christmas game for Virtual Console fans - Mario Party 2.

On December 24th gamers in Europe can look forward to two downloadable Nintendo titles - WiiWare's Fluidity and the Virtual Console release of Mario Party 2.

While Mario's parties have been put on hold in favour of Miis recently Nintendo will let you play as the 25 year old plumber and his pals this Christmas. Mario Party 2 saw Mario and co. wearing different hats for each of the different board themes and we can't think of anything more fitting than that this holiday season.
