Nintendo have confirmed the mini-games that will be available to play in Mario Sports Mix.

While it has been known for a while that Mario Sports Mix will feature hockey, basketball, dodge ball and volleyball Nintendo have just confirmed that a number of mini-games will also be featured.

Hungry Petey Piranha requires players to shoot fruit into Petey's hungry mouth in order to get a high score. The bigger the fruit you get in his mouth the greater the points you get. In another game called Rhythm Receive you have to grab balls that come flying towards you but you need to ensure the ball matches the player's colours to complete a melody.

Dodge or Die features Bomb-ombs that are launched from cannons and if you get hit you'll lose some life. Smash Skates requires you to fight on ice and ensure your enemies fall off stage.
