Only days after a fellow developer took a pop at the Wii and then retracted his statement...

The name "Chris Hecker" will probably leave a sour taste after his previous comments last week. To his credit, he did make a formal, if not forced apology taking back his remakrs about Nintendo's system.

Just days after this, a fellow Maxis developer has explained she and almost every other developer out there is a definite Nintendo fan.

"The Wii is so cool ... Almost everyone on my team is a Nintendo fan. Almost all game developers are Nintendo fans," commented Hunicke. An appropriate choice of words after fellow Maxis developer, Chris Hecker, last week cited the Wii as "a piece of shit".

The person in question, Robin Hunicke is currently working on the new MySims title for the Wii. She also had to add: "We wanted to bring The Sims to the Wii in a way that we could say we were at home on the Wii."
