News: Medal Of Honor Online Mode Cut?

EA's immense 32 player online war shooter has reportedly had its online mode cut from Australian retails copies.
Medal of Honor Heroes 2 is a new Zapper-compatible installment in EA's extremely popular series of World War II games. In addition to offering a compelling single-player arcade mode, Heroes 2 also features three multiplayer modes which support up to 32 players.
Reports are coming in from retailers that the Australian version is lacking the online multiplayer section of the game. EA have yet to make a statement on this matter, but we have seen a similar scenario already. FIFA 08 had its online capabilities cut from the Australian version last year due to connection issues.
The European version of Heroes 2 is also missing the Wi-Fi logo on the front of its box, though it does contain the online modes contained in the North American version of the game. EA rarely (if ever) place the Wi-Fi logo on their game boxes, as their online games run from their own servers as opposed to Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, and it's likely that this is the case with the Australian version of the game.
Stick around for confirmation on the state of the online mode in Australian copies of Medal of Honor Heroes 2.
