The WiiWare action battle game has some new screens and details.
Last year, development team Medaverse Studios announced their plans to bring a game called Gravitronix to the WiiWare service. Whilst many details were kept tightly under wraps, we know that the game supports 8 simultaneous players, and revolves around firing projectiles in order to claim territories. A price point of 500 Wii Points has been set by Medaverse.
Today, an update of the Medaverse developer blog has revealed several new in-game projectiles, each with their own properties. New projectiles include: the sphere (average weight, speed and size and able to knock other spheres into your opponents' territories); the cube (large, slow and able to knock other projectiles and break through defences); the pyramid (lighter and faster than the sphere, attacks adjacent enemies and arcs towards the nearest foes); the shard (the lightest and quickest projectile for swift and unexpected attacks).
The blog also mentions plans for customisable projectile properties.
