Creator Inafune says he has not been contacted by Nintendo about the inclusion of Mega Man in Brawl...

With just over a month to go until the release of Nintendo's fantastic fighter - Super Smash Bros. Brawl - in Japan, Sakurai still manages to surprise us every day with fantastic daily updates on the Smash Bros. Dojo website in regards to new characters, stages and items. So far we have seen the inclusion of two third-party characters (Sonic and Solid Snake), but fans seem to think that there's more on the way. Namely, Mega Man.

A recent Bionic Commando podcast revealed that Keiji Inafune (the creator of Mega Man) loves the Smash Bros. series... but he has not yet been approached by Nintendo regarding the inclusion of the blue bomber in Brawl. Can Nintendo work their magic in one month? Though even if Mega Man is not included in the retail version of Smash Bros. Brawl, there's always the possibility of downloadable content.
