Midway Entertainment announced today net losses of 9.3 million, a rise from last year's 6.5 million. Midway announced that the lower then expected sales for their GameCube software and many new games are to blame for the low sales figures.

Midway stated that GameCube support would be lowered and many games have been canned, but did not state which ones.
