From the mouth of David Zucker - the CEO of Midway Games - himself, has come the phrase: "We will have a Revolution title this year," while speaking in an interview with GameSpot yesterday, making Midway the latest in a line of third-party publishers to acknowledge their support for the Revolution.

Midway's current games in development are Unreal Tournament 2007 (out this year, but only for PC), a TNA-licensed game and The Wheelman (both not being released this year), and Stranglehold - which was thought the most likely candidate for Midway's first Revolution title.

However, Midway have confirmed that although the title may see release on Revolution in the future, the Revo title they were talking about is entirely "another project."
