News: Miyamoto Liked 'Revolution' Name

Shigeru Miyamoto liked the 'Revolution' code-name a lot himself, and cheekily hints about yet more unrevealed suprises...

Talking to CNN Money, Nintendo's legendary game designer said that "myself and others felt that the name Revolution was very appropriate to what we were doing." Though he admitted it was felt the name would feel threatening to non-gamers, so the Wii name was chosen - actually over six months ago.

Speaking on the PS3, he said that Nintendo had "gotten used to others copying what we do and we're having a lot of fun with it." He then cheekily hinted:"On the flipside, I suppose they must be worried about any other functionality we may announce."

Do Nintendo still have more in store, held back so others can't copy? We can't wait to find out...
