News: Moore No More

Peter Moore from Sega of America has resigned from the company.

Peter Moore, Sega of America's president and chief executive officer has resigned from his position at Sega. The position will be filled by Tetsu Kayama, CEO of Sega Corporation.

"We thank Peter Moore for his four years of service at SEGA and wish him well in his future endeavors," said Kayama on Moore's resigning.

No reasons for his resigning were given but it is guessed that it is due to below expected sales of Sega games last year.

Update:It looks like he has now become the Vice President of Retail Sales and Marketing at Microsoft.
