Nintendo is to officially release more information regarding the Revolution soon! Final console name and game details, anyone?

We've receieved word a Nintendo representative has been quoted as saying the following:

"...we do plan to release more information about the system by the end of the year, which may include details about the games or the final name of the system."

It's likely this information will appear sooner rather than later to divert some attention away from the Xbox 360's launch - possibly at Miyamoto's keynote speech on December 2nd which we reported about a few days ago. We'll keep you posted.
