The well-known PC game Myst makes an appearance on the Nintendo DS
The graphical adventure game Myst, available on many platforms, will be getting a DS incarnation, allowing you once again travel though the world with no people.
Myst has no inventory, health bar, instructions, living beings, dialogue or game over. Your actions may help individuals in other dimensions, though. You are thrown into the game, and you have to find out what to do yourself. The game consists of many puzzles, which can go to an insane difficulty. Midway claim that even though many people purchase Myst, only few complete it.
The DS version has been redesigned for the DS's specs and gameplay and has a new age - the rime age - to make the game longer than ever before. All settings have been remastered for the DS, and puzzled make use of the DS's features.
Myst DS is due out November 2007.
