The developers of Geist are underway with plans for Revolution development.
Developer n-Space, on the heels of their innovative Gamecube title Geist, are apparently heavily involved with development of a Revolution title. The Orlando Sentinel reports that, by summer, n-Space is not only planning to hire 20 members for its teams (currently at 50 strong, second in Orlando to EA's staff of 700) but to expand its offices by 7,000 square-feet as well.
Founded by Erick Dyke 11 years ago, n-Space first worked on military simulation applications before harnessing its sizeable talent to create games. Their body of work has included the popular Duke Nukem: Time to Kill for multiple platforms and recent FPP (First-Person-Possessor) Geist for the Gamecube. While developing Geist the company formed a good working relationship with Nintendo - likely the reason the company is so high on Revolution. As to what format their Revolution title will take, a FPS is a good first guess.
So, if you are a game artist or programmer that lives in Orlando be sure to hit up n-Space right here. Hopefully development of this mystery title proves a smoother ride than the marked delays that hit Geist throughout its long cycle.
