The agreement between Namco and Todd McFarlane will mean that they can use each other's characters in games they create.

Namco is the first to use another character and will be creating a Spawn game for all three next-gen consoles. One of their American subsidiaries will be handling the game, Namco Hometech. The game is scheduled for release this year and will be shown at E3.

Todd McFarlane Productions International will be producing figures based on Soul Calibur II characters. These 4-inch figures are Nightmare, Ivy, Asaroth, Necrid, and Voldo and will be released in July in the United States.
