The Naruto series on the GameCube has done something no other non-Nintendo series has done, sold 1 million units on the GameCube in Japan.

Tomy have rather proudly announced that their Naruto series of games have sold over one million units on the GameCube in Japan.

Considering this is the first series not owned by Nintendo themselves to sell over one million units in Japan Tomy are planning letters of commemoration to celebrate the remarkable sales.
