Half a decade on, and Europe's leading Nintendo convention is getting ready for it's fifth year!
From April 21th - 23th 2006, Nintendo fans will once more descend upon the town of Bad Mnstereifel, just outside Cologne in Germany, for the annual unnofficial Nintendo convention - NCON. Fans young and old are all welcome, with the event a perfect place to meet up with fellow Ninty fans, exchange knowledge and - most importantly - play a lot of games!
Especially featured this year is the Nintendo DS and its wireless LAN capabilities - so get ready to visit everybody's Animal Crossing towns, find a playmate for your puppy in Nintendogs or slipstream your way to victory in Mario Kart DS. All Nintendo consoles are welcome, with even the Virtual Boy, N64 DD and IQue expected to make an appearance.
With prizes up for grabs and the oppurtunity to meet loads of like-minded fans, the convention is well worth the entry fee - just 15 (about a tenner, British people). The organisers want this year to be the biggest and best yet, so if you can make it, go! You might even see someone from R-E there...
