Nintendo have released some new information on the latest DS version of Animal Crossing.

As it stands we don't know much about the DS version of Animal crossing but it seems that finally Nintendo have given in us. We already know that from recent pictures, it does look very good and it has seemed to withstand the move to the handheld and has kept its full 3D graphics which look a lot like the GameCube version.

Well this seems like a game that Nintendo can utilise many of the DS' different functions, and the one thing they will be using is the WiFi. The game will allow up to 4 players roam around the same village, show off their rooms and to chat using the touch screen. Players can also use the touch screen for menu selection making for a nice speedy interaction.
