Dragon Ball Kai: Ultimate Butoden is due in a few months and we have new details to tide you over.

The Dragon Ball franchise has been having a revival lately and a new DS title is on the way. Namco Bandai's Dragon Ball Kai: Ultimate Butoden is due for release in Japan on February 3rd and an official website has been opened.

Andriasang report that the official website contains some new details. The special moves can be accessed by tapping the bottom screen as well as fighting game style combat input. The bottom screen also features buttons to increase or decrease your "ki" level for special attacks.

If you are not doing anything the game will automatically block against weak attacks and energy beam attacks and if you move forward you will auto-block energy beam attacks. The game will also have a limited first run that features a card for Dragon Ball Heroes.
