As Square-Enix prepare to announce a new Dragon Quest game next week, all eyes are on Dragon Quest X...

Square-Enix has launched a tantalising page on UStream ready to reveal a new Dragon Quest game on Monday.

No clues as to what the new game will be, but a popular speculation is that it may be the long-awaited public reveal of Dragon Quest X. Famously announced as a partnership in 2008 between Square-Enix and Nintendo, Dragon Quest X is still set for a release on Wii.

The reveal is to take place on UStream on Monday 5th at 2pm Japanese time (6am GMT). Even if it ends up not being related to Nintendo platforms, we can take some solace in the fact that the first trailer for Dragon Quest X should be included in Dragon Quest Collection, due to hit Japan on September 15th.
