News: New Guitar Hero: World Tour Tracks Announced

Every new version of the popular Guitar Hero franchise brings with it new songs, which of course Guitar Hero: World Tour boasts plenty of, but this version also features the likeliness of a famous British rocker.
Over the last few days new track details have emerged regarding new songs to be featured in the upcoming Guitar Hero: World Tour. As well as this it has been officially announced that Ozzy Osbourne will be lending his likeliness, and some of his songs, to the game. Ozzy Osbourne recently spoke with USA Today about his involvement in the game and his opinions on the video game industry.
Not only shall Ozzy Osbourne be making an appearance in the game as a playable character his song "Crazy Train" and Black Sabbath's "Mr. Crowley" shall be featured within the game. In addition to this Ozzy's famous music festival 'Ozzfest' shall be a playable venue within the game. Some of Ozzfest's frequent artists, such as Ozzy's lead guitarist Zakk Wylde, Metallica and System of a Down, shall be featured in the game as well.

As well as this several new songs have been announced over the last few days which shall be playable in Guitar Hero: World Tour. The other songs that have recently been announced are as follows;
- "Too Much, Too Young" by Airbourne
- "One Armed Scissor" by At the Drive In
- "Weapon of Choice" by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club
- "Dammit" by Blink-182
- "Hollywood Nights" by Bob Seger
- "Feel the Pain" by Dinosaur Jr.
- "Love Me Two Times" by The Doors
- "Hotel California" by The Eagles
- "What I've Done" by Linkin Park
- "Trapped Under Ice" by Metallica
- "Lazy Eye" by Silversun Pickups
- "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor
- "BYOB" by System of a Down
- "Stillborn" by Zakk Wylde
These titles now make up twenty three confirmed songs for Guitar Hero: World Tour. For anyone who has forgotten the already announced titles they are as follows (not including the Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath songs mentioned at the beginning of this article);
- "Rebel Yell" by Billy Idol
- "Everlong" by Foo Fighters
- "Purple Haze Live" by Jimi Hendrix
- "Wind Cries Mary" by Jimi Hendrix
- "Misery Business" by Paramore
- "Santeria" by Sublime
