Can't get enough Mega Man? Fortunately for you, Capcom have a new game up their sleeves...

At the press briefing prior to the Tokyo Games show, Koji Nakajima proudly presented his latest Mega Man game - Mega Man X: Command Mission. The surprising thing about this game, is that unlike previous Mega Man titles, which stick to the action formula, this one is an RPG.

However, if you are a fan of the old Mega Man games, don't despair - Nakajima promised that the game will still appeal to action fans.

You'll be able to choose well-known characters such as Mega Man, Axel, and Zero to partake in your party, as well as being able to recruit new members as you play through the game.

Mega Man X: Command Mission will be appearing on both the Playstation 2 and GameCube sometime in 2004. We'll be keeping you posted on this new direction for the Mega Man series.
