Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition was recently announced for Nintendo DS! Head inside for more information and a trailer!

Yes, that new Pokémon game has finally been announced but to everyone's surprise it isn't a new Mystery Dungeon or the fabled Pokémon Grey - The new title in question is bizarrely a crossover between Pokémon and a turn-based strategy RPG known as Nobunaga's Ambition.

Usual Nobunaga Ambition games are set in old Japan and task you with taking over the land gradually but where Pokémon tie into this new game is not known... Though it would be great to have your 'Mon aid you on your journey to taking over Japan.

The trailer shows off some gameplay footage as well as characters you will be meeting along your journey. The game is set to release on Nintendo DS but will obviously be playable in your shiny new 3DS.

Not much is known about the title yet but Serebii.net have confirmed that you can select either a male or female heroine, both of which start off with Eevee. More information is set to be revealed in January.
