High Voltage Software have announced a few new titbits for The Conduit at the Nintendo Media Summit in San Francisco.

High Voltage have been keeping the true publisher of their upcoming Wii shooter The Conduit secret and safe for a while now, and whilst we've heard the occasional rumour as to who it could be, we've had nothing solid thus far. Although Cammie Dunway cocked up and said that The Conduit was a "first party game", we're still in the dark on the publisher front, but we do have some new details.

16-player simultaneous online play has been definitely confirmed, alongside the fact that the single-player campaign is almost complete and is just being polished at the moment, and that the game will feature 15 types of enemies.

The Conduit is currently in pre-alpha and slated for an early 2009 release.
