Despite rumours the Tingle-centric DS role-player had been cancelled, a slew of new information has just been revealed - and that's just the title's new name...

Deep breath now - the full name for Tingle's DS adventure has been revealed to be Mogitate Tingle no Barairo Rupee Land, which translates to: Tingle's Freshly-Picked-Rose-Coloured Rupee Land. And yes, the name's so big we've had to abbreviate it just to fit it into our database.

We'd previously heard development on the game had ceased in favour of the main DS Zelda attraction, Phantom Hourglass, but Famitsu has just published a page of new info on the game, which is apparently alive and well. In it, you play as Tingle, starting off before he turns into the green-suited imp we know and love(?). Originally a normal young boy named Tinkle, an accident with a magical spring and a man named Rupeeji turns him into Tingle - on a quest to collect magical rupees to enter the dream world of Rupee Land. He even has his own fairy, named Pingle.
