IGN's Matt Casamassina has confirmed that a Wii-exclusive title which utilises the Zapper will be revealed soon...

The Wii Zapper is arguably the Marmite of gaming peripherals. The packed-in game, Link's Crossbow Training, seemed to play far better without the Zapper, with several other games including Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles being in the same situation. Then again, Sega's arcade titles (Ghost Squad and House of the Dead 2 & 3) played like a lightgun-based dream when the Wiimote was slotted into the Zapper.

An unnamed developer will be giving the Zapper a really good seeing to once again, according to Matt from IGN. In his own words, "Soon, there will be a game for announced for Wii, exclusive, that is a Zapper game, that I think a lot of people will dig."

Any guesses as to what the mystery title will be?
