Could the popular unnofficial Nintendo monthly from Future Publishing, NGC Magazine, be replaced soon?

Hidden in this report on Gamasutra about changes in the Future Publishing staff is the news that Tony Mott - the new editor-in-chief of Edge magazine will "assist in the creation of Future's new unofficial Nintendo magazine".

Future, who publish NGC and now also the Official Nintendo Magazine as well, have recently cut the size of NGC - presumably because now they have the official licence, there is less need to have a second Nintendo magazine in their stable as well. Additionally, some old NGC staff have also made the move across to ONM.

So, what will become of dear NGC? On the one hand, a re-launch is to be expected with the Revolution around the corner (the magazine was previous Super Play and N64 Magazine), we just hope the magazine regains some of it's lost former glory.
