It has been confirmed that Nintendo currently have no plans to attend this year's Tokyo Games Show.

The Tokyo Games Show, an event almost as big as Los Angeles' E3 Conference is yet again not to feature Nintendo as an exhibitor. The company frequently doesn't attend the show, which this year runs from September 16-18.

This therefore rules out any speculation of Revolution news being announced during the Show, despite Nintendo committing to releasing full details of the system before the year's end.
