Nintendo announce "Rotate and Connect Touch Panic", a new title they are developing for the DS!

And that's really all we know right now! But we can speculate it will be some kind of puzzle title that involves... rotating and connecting things. Probably.

Interestingly, the device of rotating things has been used before in handheld titles with several GBA games featuring a gyro-sensor in the cartridge. Could this be the first DS title to make use of such technology?

Update: Japanese magazine Famitsu have the first screens from the game, which seems to entail rotating blocks to make patterns form. Check the scan of them out here (picture courtesy of NGCFrance).
