We're very happy to announce that Nintendo of Australia has solved the Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City DS compatibility issue!

Earlier this month, we reported that Australian copies of Animal Crossing for the Wii were incompatible with Animal Crossing: Wild World, a fact which Nintendo of Australia themselves quickly confirmed.

Nintendo Downunder are now offering to swap gamers' discs with a version of the title with the problem fixed, once provided with a legitimate serial number:

We are not aware of any other issue with Animal Crossing: Let's go to the City, other than the ability to transfer data between Animal Crossing: Let's go to the City (Wii) and Animal Crossing: Wild World (Nintendo DS).
