PAL Wii owners can now update their Nintendo Channel's to give themselves a host of new features!

While Nintendo treated the US and Japan to a shiny update to the Nintendo Channel months ago, Wii owners in PAL territories have missed out on the goods. Until now, that is.

Europeans and Australians can now head on over to the Shop Channel and download the update to the Nintendo Channel, for no cost at all, of course.

As well as a slick new look, the update allows users to rate DS games, browse titles through other gamers' recommendations and also shows you your full play time for all Wii titles.
