Nintendo's latest earnings report has been characteristically fruitful for sales enthusiasts. In Europe, ten of the top twenty selling titles between January and September were on Nintendo platforms, with eight of them being first-party games. The best selling game of the year til the end part of September was the PS3 version of Fifa 12, but right behind it was Wii Sports Resort.
Pokémon White then edged out Pokémon Black on DS, with 505 Games' Wii smash-hit Zumba Fitness rounding out the year's top five. Wii Party and Ubisoft's Just Dance 2 occupied sixth and seventh, while Wii Fit Plus just about makes number ten, right ahead of Mario Kart Wii.
Towards the bottom of the top 20 is New Super Mario Bros. Wii, with its DS predeccesor managing the last spot.
